PACKAGING SUPERVISOR(4 POSITIONS)
Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Packaging Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in overseeing and managing all packaging operations within our facility, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of packaging personnel, guiding them in their daily tasks, and fostering an environment of collaboration and safety. The Packaging Supervisor will also be tasked with monitoring compliance with all packaging specifications and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our products are packaged correctly and efficiently. Attention to detail and strong leadership skills, are essential for success in this position.This position requires an individual who can effectively communicate across multiple departments and resolve any issues that may arise during the packaging process. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packaging operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with production schedules.
- Enforce safety procedures and practices within the packaging area to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production, to streamline operations and resolve any packaging-related issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize packaging processes and reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- Diplomain a related field or equivalent experience in packaging operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a packaging environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to packaging and handling of materials.
